I filed a complaint with the bbb on ftr processing has anyone delt with them? this was there reply
Our company does not fall under your states law. It is represented soley under the laws and regulations of Nevis, West Indies. It is all stated in the contract under the governing law portion of your loan note and disclosure. I would be more than happy to work out an arrangement to get the initial principle back and close out your account. Please contact Eddie at FTR Processing and we can take care of this. Thank you

Katesia, all the contracts say that . it is yiur state laws that matter. You can not be bound by theirs, especially if it is not even in this country. If you want to pay back the initail principle( amount you borrowed ) and be done with them , then do it.Not a cent more however. The BBB should know that they are just blowing smoke. The laws of Nevis REALLY!!!!

the loan was for 150 I have paid 270 in fees I'm not paying them nothing. They could send me a refund of 120.00 thats about it but I think for me to pay 150.00 that would be 420 on a 150 loan then they say that i abide by there law in the west indies how crazy is that I live in dc

Ok cool. You have way overpaid. Just ignore the whole mess for now. You can try to ask for a refund, but I doubt that you will get one. I didnt realize that you have already fullfilld your obligation to them. Rddie can just wait for your phone call. "Katesia , you really are doing a great job with all of this.
