I just signed up for a USFastCash loan literally 30 minutes ago. How do I cancel this pending loan without getting charged any fees? I started reading online right after the initial request, and I am *terrfied*. Is there anyway to cancel before I get charged?

So you have a number to call them, if so do that. If not their cancellation policy should be in the contract that you got with the loan documents. Look through them and see if there is a cancellation policy. Act quickly because once they deposit, they got you.

Definitely call them immediately...however I had one from them and I think there is a stipulation that if you return the money within 3 days of recieving it in full it will nagate the loan...but you need to call them right away.

Call them first thing in the morning.
If the money has already gone through do not touch it. You have three days like said before to cancel the contract without fees or penalties. If the money is already been deposited, they will debit it back out. Once that happens, look into getting a new checking account so they no longer have your info.

Couldn't agree more, pyb. morning, I do believe you're correct. It's three days to cancel the loan. Lord knows I have them on my ass. blake, if they do deposit the money - do not touch it. Let them take it back out. But like pyb stated, you might want to get rid of that bank account. They have your information and USFastCash/MTE is ugly, ugly, ugly. Get on that phone at 9:00am and cancel it ASAP. Also, tell them you want something in writing (even an email) stating that the loan was cancelled. Get it in writing.

Well, the pdls don't realize that they can't contact you after you're dead, so probably not. Wink

I contacted the BBB and placed a complaint. I had no idea that borrowing $300.00 was going to cost me nearly $900.00. They are pukes that need to be put out of business. Any body that applies for a job with them must be desparate, they are all crooks... Evil or Very Mad
