Does anyone know the laws of Illinois regarding Payday One? I read somewhere they are not a PDL so they are allowed roll overs and can charge over the $15 per $100 limit of Illinois?

Payday One is a pdl in Illinois . . . It's only in certain states that they aren't.

Payday One only offers installement loans in Illinois. That is how they get around the payday loan laws.

Here is their licensed for Illinois.

I contacted them last month to setup payment arrangements on my loan. I borrowed $650 and paid over $200. They just emailed me and i said I owe them $983.13. WTF...

I told them to pound sand and I am only paying what i owe.

I just added to the thread since todays email from them... they were willing to work with me, now they want all this money.
