Finally, well i called back then asked for a supervisor, they gave me angie who then gave me tina who was not listening to me at all then she called me back a few minutes later apologizing and being very very friendly and was speaking quietly. she was saying the owner was in a meeting and that he has 3 of these business. She just said this is very new to them, not sure if the instantcashusa is that new as they say or the transfering and they shouldnt be or whats up.
i finally got an email with documents - supposedly from this MTE thats the company on it, i honestly dont recall this document, but they could have gotten that info from anywhere.

MTE Financial operates under many different names. I am surprised they are still in business. You can check them out on the Better Business Bureau website. You can also complete a search on this site and get some information. My advice would be to stay strong and keep them away from your bank account.

thank you. I am trying to see what i can do .I contacted teh bbb yesterday waiting for a response got a response back already for my ameriloan from bbb but they just said it was reviewd and sent to ameriloan and they have till the 10th of sept to respond back.

i got my email about my documents from this sabrina, but other than that, they are very hesitant about talking with you.
I jsut want to get rid of this loan, its too scary to me, my other ones arent bad like this, but like you said no one seems ot have any info, they apparently do not have access to anything, they probably dont, becauase it is illegal!!

I see Sabrina is still around. I dealt with them about 2 years ago. You will never get to speak with Sabrina. I had a payday loan with ten-dollar-payday loan. They have locations in OK, NM, NJ and CO so make sure your complaint is sent to the right location. Since I filed a compliant with the bbb, they came back and stated that my account was closed and I did not have pay them anymore money. After they had taken about $500 more than they should have. I am still waiting on a refund.
