I agree with Kashzan ~ With already paying over $900, I would think that you have paid this off. I am not familiar with Ohio state laws, but am sure someone will come along and provide you with them or you can do some searching in the search box at the top of the page. I am sure you will be able to find quite a bit of information about PDLs in Ohio.

Amy,
I had a loan with PayDayOK also. After joining this forum, I closed my checking account, and wrote PayDayOK that their loan was not legal in my state, and that I had already paid for several rollovers. The next day I got an email from them stating that they were sorry I was unhappy with their service, and they they considered my loan paid in full. I never heard from them again.
There are some great letter templates on this site. Perhaps you will get the same response. Best of Luck!

I'm confused - How much did you borrow total? $571.42 is an odd figure . . . . Is that the total you owed?

In Ohio, no rollovers are allowed, so it would be $10 for every $100, plus 5%. For a $500 loan it would be $575.

I borrowed $500, on two occasions I refinanced- the deposit to my account was the difference from what I owed for the payment and the interest payment I still had to pay. It really doesnt matter tho cause thanks to this great web site, i sent a email to them last night and got a PIF already today!!!SO AWESOME

That is great! Payday OK is a pretty good company to deal with - They are one of the best about "correcting" their mistakes . . . . .
