LLW brought up a question the other day, and so I've been doing some research into some companies. LLW questioned whether all the companies that this site lists as dba's for MTE are really all MTE. Well, after a lot of research and reading of court documents, I can say that it is a very confusing path.

I started out with Internet Cash Advance Marketing, who was the owner of ameriloan, US Fast Cash, and Preferred Cash Loans a few years back. They were located in BC. I found some court documents related to these companies, and connecting all these dba's together under iCAM. From what I've read, they were sold and ended up in Nevada with EGMC.

I also found that a few years back Preferred Cash Loans was sued by Colorado. At the time, Executive Global Management Corp, or EGMC, owned and operated Preferred Cash Loans. In a court case in Kansas, the owner of EGMC testified that United Cash Loans was owned by 5 offshore entities. It looks like at the beginning of the lawsuit by Colorado, the company was sold.

Indian Tribes

From reading court documents, it looks like the current breakdown of dba's and companies are as follows:

Miami Nation Tribe - MNE
Ameriloan
United Cash Loans
Cash Advance
US Fast Cash

Moduc Tribe Enterprises - MTE
MTE Financial Services
500 Fast Cash
NoFaxingPaydayLoan.com
PayCheckToday.com
QuickestPaydayLoan.com
Rio Resources
XtraCash.com
tendollarpaydayloan.com

Santee Sioux Nation - SFS
Preferred Cash Loans
One Click Cash

I'm still reading through pages and pages of documents and court filings, so this may not be the end of the road . . . .

This certainly is an interesting discovery if it turns out to be factual. Thanks for taking the time to research this information Goudah.

goudah. . .shazzers is right. I am glad that you researched this info. As I stated in an earlier post, after I had cross referenced MTE's address with the Modoc Tribe and got the same address I began to wonder if the MTE did not stand for Modoc Tribe Enterprises. My research came back to five tribes in Miami, Oklahoma, those being Ottawa, Peoria, Seneca-Cayuga,, Miami Tribe of Oklahoma and Modoc. Since the Miami Tribe carries an adress of 202 S. Eights Tribe Trail and UsFastCash has a 198 address it made since that they are ALL located on the reservation. I live in Western New York and that too has much land that is Native American country. In fact, when you go to the reservation, the sign when entering tells you that you are leaving New York State and when you go back out it tells you that you are entering New York State. The land is very protected as are the residents and exempt from many laws. I will tell you this, I sent an email off to MTE asking them what MTE stands for and they were extremely adamant that it was not an acronym and again, telling me that they had nothing to do with UFC. If my suspicions are correct and your research can confirm it, they are not one in the same. BUT, I don't think they like the prospect of anyone getting close to what they do and do not own. I am sure they do know who belongs to who, but there will never be an admittance of such. Deny, deny, deny.

The "Whoa" was meant in a way that was impressed. But yeah, without a sense of humor, I might be declared insane.

Interesting information, esp. for me, as United Cash Loans seems to be the last "holdout" who's still calling me. I wonder, do the PDl's pay the tribes for use of their addresses, actual physical premises, or?

paul. . .not to worry. . .these guys have a way of bringing out the "best" in all of us. It sure is a tangled web that I wish would just disappear, but I thinking we are making some headway on this. Pac. . .I am not sure if they renting space to use an address or they ARE the address. The more I dig, the less I like what I am finding. Keep up the faith, we all in this together. Have a great day guys!

Hmmm, if I DO get a call from United Cash Loans today, maybe I should ask 'em how everything is, down on the reservation, and how is everyone at good ol' MNE? See what their reaction is....
