i took out a loan with them 3 years ago.. i paid 1100 on a 200 dollar loan.. i closed my account and been geting there calls for 3 mounths then they stop all together.. my questain is should i seek a paid in full letter even though i havent heard a peep from them?

I think they have given your account to a collection agency. I suspect they will ever agree to mark your credit report as Paid in full even if you agree to pay them the requisite money. Please find out whether they are legal in your state.
