I did a search on this loan company but nothing came up. Do you know any other name of this loan company? Maybe, if you have something in writing from them, you will find more.

I have nothing from them. My bank doesn't even have a phone number attached to the debit. I'm at a complete loss.

I am wondering how this loan company deposited the money into your account without any authorization and documentation. I will consider this as an invalid contract. Can you ask your bank to verify the debits by the loan company? They must have some ways to reach to the company. If they are unable to do, they must revert the charges.

I have had two other payday loans which I pay on, one with a $300 balance and one with a $200 balance. But this huskhawk is a 300 balance and I can't find a way to contact them to pay yet they deduct 90 from my checking every two weeks. I want to start paying but I can't locate them. What do I do?

I had applied online for the loan and they called. I, not knowing anything about what I was doing, thought this was the company I had applied to online. Then the next day I had two deposits and wasn't sure what was going on. I have been paying on the one like I said and since have found myself in the cycle. However, I haven't taken anymore out, I'm just trying to pay down the others. I never had any paperwork for this one, only the one online. I thought it was just the online company calling to verify information. Obviously I'm an idiot. I just don't know how to figure out who this is. If you search them they are impossible to find. I've tried everything I could think of.

Welcome to the Community If you don't know who they are, and your bank doesn't have any info on the debit- you need to get it removed as unauthorized. Did you take out any store front loans maybe? Feel free to post and ask questions..KAren

The only number attached to the debits and deposits are invalid phone numbers or some account number. My bank suggested doing a stop payment however if the amount they try to deduct changes it won't stop them from taking money. The frustrating thing is I'd love to just pay it off and be done with it. I just can't find them.

Ask you bank what can be done, other than a stop payment. At the top of this Forum there is a thread by Goudah on what to do before closing your account.
You can have a hard hold on your account, but nothing will go through it, I elieve. Talk with a bank officer and tell them you don't know who this is an it is unauthorized.
You don't want to give money to someone that you don't even know if you owe, right? Because if you are just giving money away, send some my way Seriously, you need to find out who they are, or get it removed and debited back before you send them money. Once you do, it is never enough, they will add fees, etc..Good Luck..KAren

Huskhawk Group? Nothing. However, reading your posts, they contacted you via telephone? This is why you have no documentation. This is a very illegal company, if that's the case. This is a "verbal contract", so you will have no loan documentation. However, I'm in awe that the bank has no information on them especially regarding the deposit. It doesn't say who it came from? It has no phone numbers or names associated with the actual deposit? Anyway, let's forget about that. This is way illegal. You're best bet is to close your account. You have 2 other pdl's you're paying on? More than likely they're not even legal either. If you wish, you can post what state you are in and who the pdl's are and we can check. And, I'll be honest, I'll be damned if I pay a company that deposited money in my account and takes out 90.00 every week/two weeks and I don't even know who they are!

I work for a bank. Your ACH department, which is how these debits are processed, will have a number that is attached to the transaction. It may not be the company it might be their processing company. The can direct you to the appropriate company. In most cases you can also do a stop payment on an ACH transaction using the company ID rather than the amount. They will stop any payments that come through using that ID. Most companies do have more than one ID. I'm not sure what bank you are with but I work for a fairly large bank and know that they can provide you with more information as far as who is processing the debits. If you have any other questions feel free to ask everyone here has helped me a great deal I just want to return the favor

I just paid off my loan with Huskhawk. The only way you can do a payoff is to fax your payoff request and they will call you back. Their information is on the email loan documents they sent you. 866-817-5932.
