what are the laws in iowa for an internet paydayloan and i was wondering if u have heard of the company named capital because they say they are sending an officer out to arrest me

Payday lending is legal in the state of Iowa. In such a situation, you need to contact the Iowa Division of Banking in order to find out whether or not your payday lender is legal in your state. If not, then they cannot take any legal actions against you. Moreover, defaulting on payday loans is not a criminal offense. In such a situation, they won’t be able to arrest you. They are just trying to scare you.
