i would just respond by re-sending your e-mail with your state laws demanding a refund.use that in response to all e-mails from them.

I did that with US Fast Cash. Just kept responding to their e-mails by attaching my original letter to theirs and sending it back to them. After 2 months of this, they stopped e-mailing.

None of the PDLS had my home phone number, and I changed my cell phone number so they couldn't contact me that way. Two called my work and I told them I couldn't get calls.

It took about 4 months, but I now get no calls, e-mails, mail.

Peace of mind; PRICELESS.....

I am contacting on behalf of your delinquent account with The VIP Loan Shop. I want to inform you that we offer several options concerning your payday loan.

By working with our company directly, you can:

Avoid further collection activity
Save up to 35% on balance payoffs
Make minimum payments as low as $50.00 every two weeks or $100.00 per month
Avoid your account from being forwarded to a third party collection agency where more fees could be accumulated

I am here to work with you to get your account settled.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss different payment options. Thank you and have a great day!

Wow, they are really there to work with you...and get into your new bank account to boot! Don't fall for it. Tell them your account IS settled, you've paid double what you loaned and the only thing you will accept is a PIF letter! Anything less, and you're going to Jerry Brown's (California AG) office!

Point out the obvious that you have already paid DOUBLE what was borrowed and not only is the account PIF but that they owe you another $600 refund.

VIP Loan Shop WILL accept money orders. I reached an agreement with them today. I thought this was the best option and the only one that would keep them out of my bank account.

Ok here is the offer from Intergrity please advise me on what I should do. I owe them $300 of the principal,. I think I can pay this on Jan. 8 with no problem and this would settle 1 more, leaving me with Unitedcash, Oneclick, norstar with remaining balances. Discountadvance and VIP owe me.

I'm certainly no expert, but if you can pay it no problem, I'd be inclined to think the extra $50 is worth piece of mind.

The 300 does not include the NFS fees.

for one you owe them 300.00 not 350.00.two what do they need you to sign a release, they are illegal.there is an ultrerior motive there.again you only owe 300.00,they are illegal, and shouldn't have you sign anything.you didn't have to when you took the loan.bottom line proceed with caution.

Look at the thread titled "Highly Confidential Settlement" or something like that - you should get some ideas about how to deal w/Integ$%#y there.

I got the same type of " highly confidential settlement" from Iadvance.
As for Vip Loan Shop this is what I got:

"Hi you have a balance on your account that has not been paid please call to make arrangements to avoid being sent to 3rd party collection we do offer diff payment plans I can also offer you 30% off the balance we no longer work with PDL companies."

i would never give them the extra $50 for a peace of mind.. they are illegal and all you morally owe is what you borrowed. i would not sign a thing.
