Hi all. I'm an idiot. I took out a loan with LC4U a month ago, made one payment that was over the minimum, but haven't been able to pay them any more, since. So, I have accumulated massive late fees and interest. Their late fees are 2% of principal balance DAILY! It's pure evil. At this rate, I'll end up paying them $1200 for a $400 loan. Is there any way for me to dispute the interest / late fees as 'userous'or are there laws in my state (Nevada) regulating the amounts of fees for 'long term installment loans'?
Also, I asked them for an itemized invoice.. one that shows EVERYTHING, starting from day one. They said they have no way of providing that, even though it states on the contract "You have the right to receive and itemization, at this time,of the amount financed."
Any help will be appreciated.

da mous, unfortunately, we can't change the name from "guest" to you. You just have to be sure to log in each time you come.  Is this Lucky Cash 4 U an actual installment loan? Not a pay day loan?

Hi Cannr, yes, they are considered a 'long term' installment loan company. It just makes me sick to my stomach to think about that amount I have to pay back to them, but, I did it to myself.

de mous, did you request in writing for them to send you something itemizing everything? I'm sure they're supposed to abide by your request. Have you tried that? If so and they denied you, you may have to "remind" them of what it states on their contract.

Cannr, no, I requested when speaking with one of their managers. I will get their address and request the itemization, in writing. Thank you all for your support. I'm just going to pay them off, move on and consider this an expensive learning experience.
