Unfortunately, your service yesterday was unhelpful, because I asked for a reference number which was not provided, I asked the amount of the loan that was taken and the how much was paid on this. After speaking thru "THREE" rude and demanding people once again that wasn't given to me.I am disappointed in this illegal COMPANY, the service was inadequate. It has been brought to my attention that your company is not licensed to lend in my state, therefore it makes the contract I had with you null and void
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate for you to send me an itemize statement what you feel I owe you and how the figure came about. I am not obligated to repay anything more than what I borrowed. Provide me with proof of any payments made to you toward principle or fees. Provide me with a reference number. Stop the phone calls and the tone and rudeness of your Customer services Rep's.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 10 AM 07/18/2008. Please contact me at the e-mail address
s of today _07/17/2008_______, the only contact you may make with me is either through email, or USPS. I also demand your company and any affiliates of your company cease and desist all contact with me.
Furthermore I will be Notifying the Better Business Bureau & New York State attorney general, and with the FTC.

Hang tight. I kept on sending my C and D letter every day until they got the hint that I wasn't going away. You will hear from them eventually. I know the waiting is hard as I always want things to be over and done with NOW. Try to enjoy the day as I can assure you that you will hear from them.

I agree 100% with llw. Keep sending the email. I did the same thing. I sent it every single day. I would also file a complaint with the BBB, not that these people really care, but it is another step that shows you mean business.
Have you had any luck contacting your bank to get any information yourself?
I would try to have my own back up and proof. That way you can say difinitivly... I paid you this much $ and I'm not paying you another dime! It would be nice too, to say, I paid you this much$ and therefore I've overpaid you by this amount.

Gonna cost me to get my statements--- Which I thought because -- thats how it was when I worked there..... Try and look at home to see if i have statements before I PUT a dime into this- the stress and headache alone is aging me.

Try not to let it stress you too much. I am of the mind that if they don't want to give you the information freely, it's because they don't have it. They are grasping at straws. I'll tell you, my dealings with these people have made me a better record keeper for sure!
Keep your head high and know that you're doing the right thing. Have a fantastic weekend and try not to think about them till Monday!
