This is the response i got in the mail today after sending all of my C&D and Revoke letters to JD Marketing.
What should I do next?

Should I sent a letter to the collection agency immediately or should I wait till i recieve some correspondence from them? How do I draft the letter if they are collecting on an illegal loan?

yes i would send the DV and C&D letters to this CA.send them
as usual.certified mail return receipt.
