I currently have 5 payday loans out. They are all online and all are current. They keep taking money out every time I get paid so I need to take more out to stay out of the red. I am not sure what the real names are but these are what show up in my checking account
Ameriloan - $400
Hydrafund - $200
1st Amer Crs - $250
Pdlnow.com - $200
massstreetgroup - $250
I also have one through zip19 but it is paid in full every pay check.
I have paid masstreetgroup 120.00 so far. I have paid pdlnow.com 158.00 so far. The others I have not paid yet because I got them to pay for the other 2. I am located in Iowa and could really use any advice or help I can get.

I am going to speak to my bank today. I was able to send information to all the loans except 1st Amer Crs. I am not sure what the real name is. All the others I sent the letter about the ACH authorization and my repayment terms. Does anyone know an address, email address or fax number to 1st Amer Crs?

cardinal rule#1do not send anything to the pdl's until you secure/close your bank account.a few of your lenders are known to go in and attempt to bleed accounts once you send the letters.i'm crossing my fingers and hoping you get to your bank in time.in fact don't delay go asap.it is crucial.

I sent all my loans the information and closed my bank account. I am now getting calls for myself or my lawyer to return the call because they are filing a lawsuit against me. Is this just a scare tactic or are they really able to sue me? I said I would pay back the loans but they would need to mail me to set something up.
