I would've sent out DVs by now if I sure that the address I did manage to get wouldn't end up being deliverable.

i would send it anyway that way the returned letter could be proof that you attempted to contact them.

Rollovers-legal or illegal?
You seem really knowledgeable when it comes to information on payday loans. Can you tell me if rollovers paying only the fee with each renewal is legal in California?

I am trying to find out if icollect is still in business? I got an address on another forum on this site. The phone # mached but I just want to make sure my lawyer sends notification to the right place. The forum I got the address from was from back in 2007.
