I would've sent out DVs by now if I sure that the address I did manage to get wouldn't end up being deliverable. |

Rollovers-legal or illegal?
You seem really knowledgeable when it comes to information on payday loans. Can you tell me if rollovers paying only the fee with each renewal is legal in California?
