I dont think your SSI can be garnished. Check with your states AG for more information.

ok well, i contacted them, and they set me up on a payment plan and no more interest is accruing! YEAH ME! I am going to try to pay it off quicker then the plan, but i did not want them to know that, you know they might want more money!
