1. List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation. Check N Go & Quik Cash, both storefronts
2. List the original amount of the loan for each account $500 for both ($1000 total)
3. List what you have paid so far for each loan. $0
4. List what state you currently reside in Kentucky
What can they do to me if I don't pay these? Do you know if they will work out a payment plan? Thanks!

I do know that Check n Go is a member of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), see the link below for a list of members:
http://www.cfsa.net/MemberList.aspx
I can't see Quik Cash listed there but that doesn't mean they aren't members, one way to find out is to find their website and look around to see if there is something that states they are, or you could call them and ask. Anyway, members of the CFSA offer an EPP (Extended payment plan), you have to request it because they won't tell you about it, and, from what I have read from other members Check n Go is notorious for claiming they don't offer it, so, you will need to PRESS the point to them, print out a copy of the member list at the link above which shows them listed, then print out a copy of the "Industries Best Practices", the link is below, highlight number 11 which clearly shows they MUST allow you the EPP if they are members of the CFSA (and they are), don't let them tell you no, make it clear that you are requesting an EPP.

Oh my gosh, that is beyond helpful! I have one more question: will they send the pdl to a collection agency if I'm not on an EPP? I know I can prevent them from garnishing my wages, so I'm not concerned about that, but I was just wondering what the process involved. The check I wrote will bounce (and I'll talk to my bank about my account), so I was just wondering what would happen next. Thanks a million!!

They will probably eventually turn it over to a collection agency, but it would be in your best interest to request the EPP and get it done and over with.
