Hi Lady and Kash...Boomer has three threads going, there is one that is farther down that has more information on it. Boomer is dealing with storefronts in KY.

Boomer, off the top of my head I can tell you Check Into Cash, Advance America and Check n Go are all members of CFSA...what this means to you, is that you can go in no later than the day before the loan is due and ask for an extended payment plan. Here is a link to the CFSA web site which will explain more about them.
http://www.cfsa.net/about_cfsa.html
I will check to see if any of your other storefronts are on the list as well. There are several members from KY that have dealt with storefronts and are pretty knowledgable about the whole thing so hang in there.

Boomer, the only other one on the CFSA list was Cash Tyme.
Money Now, Magic Money, cash Land, and Quick Cash were not on there.

If they have up in the office that they are members of CFSA, should I inquire. I beleive that I have seen such signs in the offices. I need to request extended repayment and that will allow me make payment to the principle of the amount to finally pay off the debt?

If they are members of the CFSA they must evoke the epp. This allows you to pay off with no added intrest in 4 monthly payments. You must ask about this before defaulting. I believe its 1 or 2 days before payment is due

That is good news, I could see being able to pay them off a couple at a time in 4 monthly payments. To be sure I understand, 2 days prior to the due date I go in and ask for extended repayment, will they set up the payment plan for me, and will they treat me badly for asking- most of these offices I have worked with for many months always paying ontime, but having to reloan. I so wish to end this cycle.

Boomer, Yes, that is what you need to do. The companies that are not members, you are going to need to work out payment arrangements with them. You best bet is to go into the store. If the store will not help you , ask for the district manager's contact information and the corporate contact information so you can work your way up.

Is it alright to just put two at a time in the extended repayment and pay them offwhile continueing to pay the others until their turn that I can ask for this option to pay them off- I could see it taking some time, but as long as I keep in good standing I can request this option one lender at a time to clear off the board. Thank You
