Hey I am back to say that I worked with my bank and I did get my account closed...there was a misunderstanding and I just so happen to be friends with a VP at the bank(which absolutely killed me to have to admit to her that I made a huge mistake)...The bank not only closed my account but also did an ACH return on all payday loans that came out 2 weeks ago and refunded the money back into my account. Now I just need to know where to go from here...all advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! The phone calls are beginning and letters are coming in the mail from Loan Point(Geneva Roth?) and Cash Call, and there will be more to come!

So you have an CashCall loan? Be careful this compay is very LEGAL and have a reputation for being difficult to communicate with. I would suggest emailing them or sending letters proposing a reasonable payment arrangment monthly. It is worth a shot, you may contact them telephonically but they can be difficult Confused

They are NOT a PDL company either.

Geneva Roth is a pain also. I have heard they may be licensed in Utah, but not to sure. Please do a search in the box uptop for more infor on them. Also someone will be along to further assist you. Hang tight Smile
