Hi, I live in NJ and need help with payday loans. I have negotiated and settled the ones that I can but have 12 left. They are Apple Payday balance $343; Paycheck Today balance: $520; US Fast Cash balance $505; Discount Advance balance $197.13; Cash Advance Now $495.00; MTE balance $395.00; Speedy Pay Day Loan $505; Eastside Lenders $520.00; Capital Funding $390; Landmark Express $390.00; 1 click $455.00 and Pay Day 2 Go $375.00.

I've been paying renewal fees for forever and finally had to close my account. I did send certified letters out but most were returned. I contacted and asked for help from a company called PDL Assistance, LLC located in Alabama. They seem very slow in negotiating and getting accounts settled.

Can anyone offer any help to get rid of them any faster?

I believe that in the state of NJ these loans are not even legal. Reading thru , I see that most people only pay back the principle borrowed. Some one else will shed more light on this, as I am new here myself.
