Welcome to the Community  If you can give us a little more info-internet or store front-no personal info, we can help. The best way for me, was, to get them taken care of, budget, and not get back in. That took time, but it can be done. Laws differ from state to state on these, especially internet. Feel free to ask questions, and keep us posted..KAren

Thanks Bossy,
Ihave talked to the Attorney Generals office, and he told me to close the account so that they can not debit out of it. Then he told me to ignore them over any and everything. Since they are outlawed in NC, they should not be able to collect.

four, I'm glad you spoke with your AG. Now you can have some peace of mind. Have you filed complaints against the pdl companies? You can file with the BBB, the FTC, and of course the state AG.

Do get your account closed and file those complaints! Hang in there and before you know it, they will all be gone!!!

Thanks for all of your help. I did close the account, and I am making the complaints today to the BBB and the AG just for good measure.

four, good for you. Make sure you file complaints because it's important for these agencies to know what's going on. And, please, also file with the FTC. It is really easy and you can do it on-line. They also need to be aware. These agencies do look into these things. Thanks!
