Does anyone happen to know what the law is in NY? I'm in a similar situation, have 3 payday loans and they are eating up all my cash. I wish I never got into this mess

For my understanding payday lending is illegal in your state. However someone will be here to help you with the rules for your state. Please list the lenders name, how much you borrowed and if they are internet or not.
