hi can any one tell what pdl the name is BIG they cant speak english i know i owe 200.00 but i had no contact with them at all no address no email@ no telephone number at all they had not contact me ethier so i know they are illegal and the othe pdl is united cash loans i havent heard from them at all they say i owe 350.00 but there no contact with them at all i live in michigan are they legal here

Can you please tell us how much you have paid of these so far?? Neither of them I believe are licensed anywhere. Big is also part of GFSIL I think and are based in the UK...they are not very friendly and I am sure you will hear from them soon. Have you defaulted on these as yet?? I have an email for United if you like but first know what your laws are and how much you really owe.

Yep, B.I.G. Ltd. is part of GFSIL and Interim Cash and a couple other names I think.
United Cash Loans is part of MTE and they are not very friendly either.
Let us know what how much you borrowed, and how much you have padi back so far and we will be able to help you

BIG is also my favorite Route^^ funding. They are a totally illegal operation and cannot legally get you to pay them a cent. They will make the most insane threats, call your boss and your payroll dept. Alert you higher ups and payroll that they are criminals trying to collect money you don't owe. Tell them just to hang up on them and you do the same. If you talk to them its like blood in the water to sharks. They will just keep coming. They smell commision.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission
and if they are not legal. They will be immediately
shut down because the FTC will investigate them.

Invesitgations take a while - So they won't be immediatly shut down. In fact, many people have complained to the FTC about this specific company, and they are still going full speed.

BIG is not licensed. United is not licensed. Both of these are lending illegally. BIG goes by many d/b/a's and so does United, but United is MTE Financial which uses many d/b/a's. We can't keep them all straight. However, neither one is licensed.
