I have two loans cash cure and cash line. Are they legal in Pennsylvania?

Payday loans are considered as illegal in Pennsylvania. Thus, none of the payday lenders will be licensed to operate in that state.

As these companies are illegal in your state, so they are only entitled to receive the principal amount from you. You are not obligated to pay the interest rates or fees on the loans.

I completely agree with Nandy. Illegal payday lenders don’t have any right to take any legal action against you. As they are illegal, so you are required to pay only the principal amount.
