Hello my mom took out a payday loan from one step cash for 300.00 and has paid back 480.00 does any one no if this company is legal to !!!! This is a internet loan! Where located in Michigan!

Hang in there guest. You can do a search in the box at top of this page. Type in One Step Cash or maybe just one word onestepcash. Either way you should find some posts from others that have dealt with that company. Does this company believe that your mother owes more money or is 480.00 the pay off amount? Someone should be along soon to post your state laws on paydays and maybe give you some more advice.

I just got a pif letter from them, filed with the AG in my state and I just got the letter back from them with a pif attached, even though just a month ago they were still trying to get money from me!
