Payday lending is legal in Tennessee. You can contact with the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions to know whether or not these internet payday loan companies are licensed to operate in your state.If they are licensed, then you will have to pay the principal amount with interests and other fees. Otherwise, you are required to pay only the principal amount.
