I have the following pdl's and would like to know if they are legal/illegal. Also, if they are legal would you happen to know if any of them offer EPP's? I am in California. I appreciate your help so much!!!

Go thru your internet loans websites...if they are tribal or offshore, they are illegal. I see several illegal ones...

PDL's are ILLEGAL in the following states...
AR, AZ, CT, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, VT AND DC
OH AND NH have very restrictive low cost interest rate laws.

Is there a website that lists the licensed pdl's in each state or how can you tell which are illegal?

I ask because I am getting ready to send out letters to everyone and what I send will depend on if they are legal or illegal.
