Here's a thread on SC payday loan laws.

Be careful before defaulting with the storefront lenders. Most of them have a legit business in their state. If you are not able to come up with their payments, give a call and work out some payment arrangements in writing. Things will be much better if you have worked out something with them.

First, it would be in my best interest to speak with them to arrange a payment schedule. I'll do that tomorrow, I pray all goes well!!! Thank each of you...I'll keep you posted on how things worked out with me. I pray this is the end of my sleepless nights!!

This is the end of your sleepless nights trust me. Definetly don't default on them as they are legal and will and can sue you if you don't make arrangements with them. Good luck on your telephone calls to them. Be tough it will be allright. You have come to the right place for support.
