Okay, so you never really got a PIF letter from them? You just sent them a letter asking for a PIF?

Okay. They had you marked as PIF on Friday, 07/27. Do you have any documentation of this? Or was it just on the website when you logged in? Did they send you anything saying PIF?

Lord, it sounds like they've "re-opened" the loan and are now adding more fees on. Maybe sending that letter in ticked them off. Oh well for them. Wait until they contact you. They obviously received your letter. You can continue to fight them as they continue to tack on more fees. However, if anyone has had the same experience as her, please post, so that we'll know what they're next step is going to be!

Well we will see. I'm just trying to get a hold of all these loans by Friday before they call my work. Cashnetusa has been e-mailing back and forth on a settlement. But 5 of them no reply yet.
Thanks for all your help

cynthia, keep working with CashNet, as I believe they are licensed. The others are not. Wait and see if the internet pdl's contact you via email. If they call your work (and it sucks) tell them you can't take phone calls and hang up. They will email you.
