I live in NC and I have three payday lenders on my credit report. What should I do?

i would dispute these to the credit bureaus.
i would also point out that these are payday
loans,which are prohibited in NC.

I would definately dispute that debt and get it removed. The KEY here is they are prohibited in NC where you live. Ask for validation form the compnay through the CBC and that should clear it off your report. Best of luck! Smile

Credit Bureau Check. They will contact the company for you and try to validate the debt, which the company will fail to provide.
