Before you send anyone a letter revoking their authorization to debit your account, have you closed your account?
They will not listen to you, they will go in and take everything. You need to have your account in order first.

Please secure your account before you do anything.

Yes it is very important that you close or freeze that account before you send up any red flag. They will never stop no matter what you tell them. What state do you live in? Your name looks like you may be in Texas. If you are be careful that you don't make it look like you intentionally defrauded the PDL by closing your account as there are criminal penalties for that.
