Out of the three I sent (all to the same name MTE Financial, d.b.a. USFastCash and United Cash just to the different addresses I had) only one came back as signed and received. The other was returned and is waiting for me at the post office.

Now I've proof that at least ONE of these d.b.a.'s received my letter revoking EVERYTHING!

Has anyone else ever gotten back a certified letter confirmation from one of these bloodsuckers?

MTE Financial is ordered to stop lending in a couple of states like Oklahoma and California. What state are you in? They are illegal crooks. Just make sure that you don't overpay on the account. Pay the principal amount only and be done with them.

I have a PDL with Quickest-Cash-Advance, which is MTE Financial, I sent my letter through the website of Quickest-Cash Advance, MTE responded with a letter and this is the email they gave me to send any correspondence to

compliancedepartment(at)mtefs.com

Maybe you could try emailing your letters there.

Whenever your mail comes back "returned", keep it. Keep the envelope. It'll state something like "moved left no forwarding address/no longer at this address" etc. Keep these. They come in handy when filing complaints. If you can't get an actual letter to the pdl, fax it and email it. MTE d/b/a's will email you. Actually, most of them will once they get a nasty letter from you. If you have fax numbers and email addresses, use the fax and email. You will have documentation. And, if you have it, use the "received/read receipt" on your email. Then you'll be notified that they received it/read it. Documentation once again.

I have sent seven..not one acknowledgement back. Only one e-mail, one phone call and one sneak refund. But please do as Cannr says and keep everything..documentation is a good thing.
