I am in the process of getting my life back with the help of all of the wonderful people here but I have 1 question. When emailing the various letters to the PDLs should the letter be in the body of the email or as an attachment? Does it even matter?

I would place it into the body of the email, simply because there have been instances where the pdls have claimed NOT to have received the attachment. Smile
