I need help with several internet payday loans. Got myself into this mess now I need help getting out. I have loans with
Dollar quick 500.00 original paid 1200.00 so far
Payday Yes 350 original paid 105.00 so far
Payday payday 400.00 original paid 650.00 so far
Fast Cash 700.00 original... I can't say have over a year paid probably 2,000 so far

I have two lines of credit in Virginia and I am trying to get them paid down (storefront). 750 and 450 - The one is paying down the other is due every 25 days and is killing me (750) cause if I miss the date the interest hits and it's killer

I'm mostly interested in knowing if there is anything i can do short of closing my checking account to proceed with help with these. I have had my account for years and really don't want to shut it down or change banks at all!

I know that internet payday loans are illegal in virginia so do I have any recourse with these people... I have been keeping the payments up but it has drained me and is getting more and more impossible...I'm not sure what to do? Help... I've looked at a few companies but heard bad things about some are there any good companies to turn to... Looking foward to some feedback

Mae

The only sure way is to close the account. Some of your loans are overpaid. If you dont want to keep having them debit, the account needs to be closed. Them follow the sticky on top taking you thru the steps on how to deal with illegal loans

If the loans are illegal, and some are already overpaid, dont use a consolidation co. Why settle for an amount when you have already more than paid. You can handle this your self
