Hi Cannr,
i posted a reply to your last post but i was unable to view it so i'm posting this as a new topic, hopefully you can view it.
Good morning Cannr, yes she said that there is no way they can link the two accounts unless i give them the new account number which she told me not to do. She was very helpful and she explained that if i kept the other account even though there was a block on it... it wasn't guaranteed that they would be able to stop the debits.
Here's the infor from the loans
MYCASHNOW: LOAN $600 PAID TO DATE $702.84 BALANCE DUE $563.57
PAYDAYLOAN: LOAN $550 PAID TO DATE $137.50 BALANCE 845.00
sheesh do they make money... smh.

Neequa, hope you can get out of this mess soon, hate these guys. I have a few that I am working on, I am going to get rid of one on each of my paydays, so should be payday loan free here in a month, can't wait. Got to try to stay away from these guys. they are rotten. Goodluck, keep us updated.

Once you have sent your C and D letter off to the PDL, you could include contacting their processor as part of the "package" to get the nonsense to stop. NyCashNow uses Credit Protection Depot to collect and they use ACHC to process. Keep us posted.
