I have been reading the California BBB website about
Cashcall.Well the BBB gives Cashcall a "D" rating
due to their collection practices.There are 21 complaints about their strong armed tactics of calling
and harassing people at their homes,place of employment as well as calling the references that you
have listed on your application.One person even complained that they called her grandmother and lied
that she would be fired if she did not make good on
her payments.There are many other similar complaints
on the BBB website.I often wonder if collection debts
.
Anyone Desiring a loan with Cashcall please go to the
Ca BBB site,this is a bad company.

thanks for posting this information - I'm sure it will help many people who are considering a loan with CashCall.
If you browse the web, there are literally TONS of complaints about this company's outrageous interest rates and nasty collection practices.
We once had a member who claimed to be in the collection industry and also claimed to be an ex-con.

There is an attorney in California that is filing a class action suit against Cash Call. If you do a search above there is a thread about it.

They got a D rating? I'm really surprised that it wasn't an F!! Their lawsuit is regarding their horrible strong-arm collection tactics in California. Although I can't wait until I have paid them off and they are out of my life forever, I can tell you that you can't let them get to you and you must do a cease and desist.
