Hi,

Welcome to the Forums..!!!

If you feel that you can't go to the payday loan company and make the payments every two weeks, you can register for online payment. You may also autopilot your checking account with the payday loan companies so that they can debit the amount on your payday. However, it is often seen that companies tend to debit an amount that is more than what you actually owe them. Thus, it is always better to visit the company physically and make the payments to avoid any kind of discrepancies.

If you can't afford to make payments on the payday loans, then you can get help from a payday loan debt consolidation company. Once you sign a contract with the company, the debt consultants will negotiate with the lenders to reduce the interest rates on the loans. They help you consolidate 5 pdls into a low single monthly payment. Have a look at the following page to get detailed information on payday loan debt consolidation:

I agree that payday loans are illegal in West Virginia. But if you have taken out the payday loans in Ohio, then it becomes a different scenario all together. Since the loan has originated in Ohio, so the pdl laws in that particular state will be effective. If you want, then you can contact Ohio Division of Financial Institutions to know about the legal and illegal pdl companies in Ohio. If your payday loan lenders are illegal in Ohio, then you are only required to pay the principal amount. If they are not, then you will have to pay the principal amount alongwith interests and fees.

I agree with what my previous posters have said. If you are in a financial crisis and can’t repay your debts in full, then you may go for payday loan consolidation program. If the lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, then you are required to pay only the principal amount. Illegal payday lenders don’t have any right to take any legal action against you. To know more about how to deal with illegal payday lenders, glance through the following link:
