I applied to get a loan on 6/5/08 they said our loan
was accepted,that it will be in our account in 24 to
48 hours,it never materialized.I have a printout
of the agreement.
after I saw some of the other peoples problem
with them we decided we don't
want them.

i would go to your bank on monday and fill
them in.whoever you applied to can attempt
to debit your account,loan or not.seen it on
a couple of posts.also try to email the pdl
and tell them you have reconsidered.do this
asap,otherwise this pdl can make you miserable
either way.who did you apply with?

You will need to contact the company of which you applied for this loan and cancel it asap. As Paul asked, what is the name of this company?

You'll also need to protect your bank account from this company's access, it may be necessary for you to place a hard debit block on this account for awhile, and eventually end up closing it out as ipdl's are notorious for debiting the life out of your account once they have your account information. Shocked

I am moving this topic to the payday loan section where it will receive more attention. Very Happy

The timing goes by "business days." Nothing will post to your account today or yesterday or sometimes not even Monday morning. Rest assured that it will be in there Tuesday morning if you do not follow the advice above!
