Rob, We will do everyhting we can to help you. First, could you list the companies you are dealing with, how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each. The collectors calling are making threats to get you to pay. They can not arrest you..they are trying to scare you and have drug your mangaer into it. I will post your state laws for you...

Okay, for one thing someone will be along shortly to post your pdl laws for your state and the second thing is nobody can have you arrested for non-payment of a pdl....you need to send them a letter revoking any wage assignments that you may have signed so that they can not attach your paycheck.

I am glad that you closed your account that way you will be able to get back on top of all. Hang in there and someone will be along shortly.

Rob, could you do us a favor please, when you come back to answer these questions, could you post on the pdl fourm so we can fine you more easily ...there are a wealth of other members, several from PA and your posting there would allow as many members as possible to help you. Click on fourms at the top of the page, scroll down to the pay day loan form and click on it...click on new topic at the top right side of the page and post away...I will be looking for you and if you can not figure out how to do that..I will keep checking back here for you.
