Last year I had a loan with Loan Point USA in which I paid more then
the principal. I had communicated with a supervisor who sent over
a mutual release after I had sent out my letters to the BBB, Attorneys General Office etc. I signed the agreement and he said he would marked
the loan paid in full. Just for your info Loan Point is associated with
Geneva Roth. Well today I received a harrassing call from a company
from FFG demanding payment for my loan with Loan Point USA. I explained to this rude woman this matter has been resolved and she
demaned a copy of the mutual release. I emailed the supervisor
I had originally made the agreement with and informed him of this
problem. My question is do I send this company a copy of the agreement I signed with Loan Point USA or wait to here from the supervisor who
I made this agreement with.
