has anyone heard of cash advance and check n go there two differ companys both are pay day loans.(are they legal )i live in pa. and they had a couple offices in my town ,there not there any more they moved they were only here almost a year..

When they were in PA they were legal. They brokered loans for out-of-state banks until the FDIC forced banks out of the payday loan business. (A couple still make high-interest installment loans, but not out of stores.) Advance America stayed in PA for a while by offering a different loan product, but the Department of Banking shut that down. As far as I know there are no legal storefronts in PA anymore.
