Hi. I just got my first verbal contact from loanshop/isle. I was left a voicemail from Linda Pritchett, who claims to be my account manager. She threatened me with "further action" if she doesn't receive a c/b from me today. I have sent the appropriate letters. Should I re-send them? I have paid $85 of a $200 loan, and included in the letter a plan to repay them the principal amount only. What do you all think?

Good. Thanks paulmergel. I'm going to re-send the cease and desist letter and outline my repayment plan once again.
