Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 144,000 members

I have a loan with them and they are being nasty about the whole thing. I took a loan out for 350 and at the same time I had more than one and when it came due I defaulted. Well since then I have made 1 $200 payment last month and I told them I could only pay 50 more a month till I get it paid off. Well they want more than that! I can't seem to find any info on them and could use a little help.

First of all you need to give us a little bit more information. #1. What state are you in. #2. Are they internet or store front's pdl's. More than likely if they are legal you should be able to make arrangements with them. However, I am not an expert in this field and will leave this up to the experts on here. They will guide you through the steps necessary to take.

Giving the 2 necessary pieces of information that I requested will give a good start to helping you with this pdl issue. Hang in there and someone will be along to assist you.

Is this the actual name? Cash-Advance US? I'm searching and find Cash Advance, but they are listed as check cashers. Do you have an address for them? Or telephone number?

The email I have gotten from them are different. One says customerservice(at)cash-advance.us with a number of 1-866-513-6913 in that email. The other says Cashnet Customer Service with Mr Michaels name at the bottom and with National Cash Advance under it with the same phone as the first email. I think they do this to confuse you, but it's just ticking me off !

stanner, you are NOT going to believe this! Okay. First thing first. I can not locate an address for cash-advance.us. Not surprising. And nothing comes up under the telephone number. However, I did find the website as : cash-advance.us

I did a google search and found an ADVERTISMENT for collectors positions at cash-advance.us! I'm dying here! So I'm posting it. It gives more information that anything else I can find! I have seen an attorney. I live in North Carolina. They called a reference (Mr. Walker) left message on her answering machine, give her the days late, amount I owed them, asked her if she would let me borrow the money to pay them. I havent been able to locate any information, except fax#775-924-2382 area code belongs to state of nevada, they are also using the name of National Payday Advance. I have emailed Jeff and have never received a response. Plus I plan on suing them for violation of fdcpa, defamation of character, and slander, among other things.
