if you have had a payday select loan and sent them a email/letter - how long does it usually take?
I tried logging into my account today and don't know if it's they are having tech probs or it really
does have something to do with my loan.

This is their address and phone number. Give a call at their customers’ dept and inquire about the problem you are having in logging on their website.

They are part of Westbury Ventures I think. The address is the same except for the suite #. I would call them...also

That is what happened to me last week after I sent them an e-mail, and let me tell you, it was a GOOD THING! The next day or so, I got an e-mail saying they were sorry I was unhappy with their service, and they would consider my loan PIF.
