I couldn't find any info on either. What state are they located in? Some of these storefronts are dba a different name than they are actually licensed under, so could this be the case?

So CashPoint is a Title Loan place, not a plain ol' payday lender, from what I gathered after looking at their website. I checked them out on the BBB website and the BBB only opened a file on them in Aug. 2007. They've had 1 complaint so far and it was resolved.
Do you have 2 title loans out right now?

do live in MD and yes i have only one cashpoint . they have made a error on there part to loan me over the amount i was entitled to . . and when i went today to pay the payment went sky rockett so i would like to know if they are legal and my guide lines

Are they legal ? and do they follow the same rules as pdl in VA Has anyone had any dealing with them ? it's called Dominion Mangement Services , Inc DBA Cash Point
