I am in Louisiana and have 10 internet loans - can anyone tell me if they are legal or not here?
Apex 1 Processing d/b/a Cash Advance Network; Apex 1 Processing d/b/a Instant Cash USA; Apex 1 Processing d/b/a Paycheck Today; SDS Processing; SSM Group, LLC; EZ Cash Media; One Click Cash; AmeriLoan. I am signed up with PDL Assistance but really would like to feel good about this.

You need to find out which of these lenders are licensed to lend BEFORE you commit to a debt relief program, unlicensed lenders usually won't work with any type of debt companies simply because they aren't licensed to begin with, never followed the law and most likely won't negotiate anyhow.
