has anyone had any dealings with them? I just got a call from an attorney office that said they are sending papers to my job and I have to go to court tomorrow. I have never spoken to anyone since I sent a letter stating that I had overpaid according to Louisiana Law

usfastcash is part of MTE and a pdl humanoid heaven.it doesn't suprise me one bit.they tried that with me two years ago.tell them you'll be waiting in your best suit and tie.that isjust the start of the absolute stupidity they are famous for.you will not be picked up,and you do not have court.not for an illegal pdl group that hides behind the (sovreign nation) BS.did you file AG complaints?if not do so asap.

in the end i owed 100.00.after alot of nonsense they gave in and accepted the 100.00.it does happen,but they will fight and resist.
