i have two pdls and i can not afford them. i live in Louisiana and these companies are not licensed in my state,can they garnish my wages or sue me for not paying?and i am going to close a account so they can't take any money out.

If they are illegal then NO, they can't garnish your wages however they might be able to evoke a wage assignment, that is revocable though, read through the link I gave you above to learn more about revoking wage assignments.
