Well, I was all happy about my payment arrangements with the PDL's until this afternoon. Larry Foster with Westbury Ventures called me at work and first off, he isn't not nice at all!!

He said he was calling on behalf of 500fastcash and I owe $300 on a loan. He threatened me by saying that I would ahve to get an attorney, i wouldn't be able to open a new checking account, etc.. He was a jerk!!

He gave me the moneygram code, my Compliance number and his phone number.. He said that moneygram is supposed to have the name of LTS Management on it. What do you know?? The address for 500 fastcash is the same for MTE Financial... Coincidence?

I have a settlement with MTE to do 2 $150 payments...

Did this company buy my defaulted loan from Unitedcashloans??

What do I do..

Thanks guys!

500 fast cash is a MTE company. united cash loans might be one too. Cannr is the expert on MTE so hopefully she will be along and can answer that.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB for MTE Financial. They have until 10/23 to respond.

lucy, don't talk to the idiot at westbury. If 500fastcash (which is MTE) did turn you over to westbury, then to hell with your payment agreement with them. Wait for them to respond to the BBB. Then they can weasel their way out of "who they are" and what you owe and the payment agreement. They may state that they turned you over to a collection agency. Don't do anything until you get a response from them. And hang up on Mr. Dickhead if he calls you again.

I dealt with a Jamie with westbury..she called me once but sent numerous, numerous threatening emails. Don't let it try to get to you. Everything will work out, just hang in there. We are all here to help you.
