have paid 460 to geneva roth on a 400 loan 500 to cashnetusa on a 500 loan thats just roll over fees.i have paid 240 to magnumcash advance theres 4 payments of 240 i made one havent paid anything to one click cash or ameriloan yet.i closed my account and im going to give first bank of delaware my new account because thats my biggest loan and im afraid of all the interest if i miss payments.i sent certified letters today to the rest for no telephone contact im hoping for the best thank you tina

You have certain payday loans with you. They are really menacing. You should get rid off them. But first of all check out the legal status of payday loan in your state. You can also tell us in which state you stay. We can also inform you the legalities regarding payday loans in your state.

One of the mod's will be moving this post to the pdl section so that you will get lots of advice. You have come to the right place, good idea phoenix, let us know what state you are in and someone will post your pdl laws for you. First Bank of Delaware is a nightmare to work with. Delaware has very lax laws that are not very consumer friendly. That is why alot of these places say they are operating out of there.

Also, keep up with Cash Net USA. They are also legal.
The other loans you are dealing with aren't legal, so take care of them once you've dealt with the legal loans.
